Where are you located?

We are not a physical store, but rather a virtual one. Throughout the year we take part in a variety of festivals and events at which clients may purchase directly from us. These events will be advertised on the website. As well, if possible, we meet with clients one on one for special occasions such as bridal orders. In the meantime, you can access our newest and up to date products on our website. Purchases on the website are quick and easy and allow for you to see the whole selection of beso creations from the comfort of your own home.

Will my piece look the same as the one on the website?

Yes! The image that you see on the website is an accurate representation of what you will be receiving. Please keep in mind that each beso creation is one of a kind and that at times minor differences in batch colours or shapes may occur but they are exactly that, minor.

Do you make custom orders?

Of course! As much as we love to design pieces ourselves, we also love having the opportunity to make your visions a reality. Custom orders can be done for virtually any situation. Simply send us an email with a description of what you are looking for and we will work with you to get the perfect piece. Don't know how to describe what you are looking for? No problem! Just start with a colour, a shape or an idea and we will work from there.

What sizes do your pieces come in?

All of our necklaces come in a standard 16" length, unless otherwise noted in the descriptions. All bracelets are 7" in length. If you require adjustments to your pieces, i.e. longer or shorter versions, please let us know at the time of your purchase by placing a note in the comments section of the checkout process. An additional fee may apply, depending on the style.

I have very sensitive skin; can I still wear your jewellery?

All of our pieces are made using sterling silver 925 components, so that even clients with the most sensitive skin can enjoy beso creations.

Is there a warranty for my jewellery?

beso offers a 30-day warranty for all pieces purchased. This covers any flaws or defects. In this case, beso will gladly fix the problem, or exchange the piece. Please note that there are no exchanges on custom-orders.

Do you do repairs?

We put time and pride into each piece that we make. However, due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, it is important to care for your pieces. If you pull on the jewellery, or don't take proper care of it, it may break. In these circumstances, if your jewellery is still under warranty, we will gladly repair it for you. Send us an email and we will let you know what steps to take. Please note that if your jewellery is no longer under warranty, we will handle your request individually and a fee will apply.

How do I look after my piece?

Handmade jewellery must be well taken care of, and there are a couple of things you can do on a daily basis to ensure your pieces remain beautiful. First of all, don't wear your jewellery in the shower, humidity and water may dull the piece. Secondly, store your jewellery in a spacious, clean and dry environment. A jewellery box is ideal for this! If you find that the sterling silver is tarnishing, you can simply use a soft cotton cloth to buff the piece. Last but not least, if you are applying lotions or perfumes, spare your jewellery the chemicals by keeping them separate until your skin is dry. Your pieces will love you for it!

How can I host a jewellery party?

How long will it take to receive my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation from beso within 24 hours. Clients will receive their jewellery within 2 weeks from original date of purchase, often sooner!
